Grinding Tables – Capture dust directly where the work happens
Grinding tables combine a stable working surface with integrated extraction to capture dust, fumes and coarse particles directly at the workstation. They are a practical solution for grinding, sanding, deburring and similar processes where contaminants are generated close to the operator.
What are grinding tables and when should you use them?
Grinding tables are workstations with integrated extraction designed to capture dust and airborne contaminants directly where grinding, sanding, deburring or similar work takes place. The contaminated air is drawn downward or toward the rear extraction section before dust can spread into the surrounding production area. They are particularly useful for manual processing operations where the workpiece remains on the table and source extraction needs to follow the entire working surface.
Why extract directly at the table?
Capturing dust at the workstation reduces the amount of airborne particulate that spreads through the production hall and limits the load placed on general room ventilation. It also keeps the working area cleaner and allows the extraction system to focus airflow exactly where contaminants are generated.
