Efficient Oil Mist Filtration for CNC Machines
FOM is a compact oil mist filter designed for direct installation on CNC machines using a flexible hose. Its two stage mechanical filtration system efficiently captures oil mist, emulsion mist, minimal quantity lubricant mist and smoke generated during machining processes. Separated lubricant can be collected for disposal or returned to the machine, depending on the installation configuration. After filtration, the cleaned air can be returned to the workplace, helping maintain a cleaner and more comfortable production environment. The compact housing allows easy machine installation, while the accessible design enables filter replacement and maintenance without special tools.
