Compact Filtration with Integrated Preseparation

TFK is a stationary cartridge filter developed for the extraction and filtration of smoke and dust generated during welding, plasma cutting and laser cutting. It can also provide central extraction for multiple dust generating machines. Contaminated air first enters an integrated prechamber, where coarse particles are separated and directed into the first collection bin. The remaining fine particles are captured by the filter cartridges. An automatic Pulse Jet system cleans the cartridges and helps maintain stable airflow during operation. The extraction fan is positioned at the top of the unit, providing high suction performance while maintaining a compact footprint and low operating noise.
