Self-extracting Grinding Tables – Integrated extraction
Self-extracting grinding tables combine the working surface, extraction fan and cartridge filtration in one compact unit. They are designed for welding, grinding, deburring and other dust-generating metalworking processes where an independent workstation solution is preferred over connection to a central extraction system.
What is a self-extracting grinding table?
A self-extracting grinding table is a complete workstation with extraction and filtration integrated directly into the table housing. Dust, fumes and coarse particulate generated during welding, grinding or deburring are captured directly at the working surface. The contaminated air is then filtered through cartridge media inside the unit before cleaned air leaves the system. Unlike conventional grinding tables, the TFG-K does not require a separate external fan or central extraction connection for its basic operation because the fan is built directly into the housing.
Why choose an integrated system?
An integrated extraction table simplifies installation and creates a self-contained workstation. It is particularly useful where a central extraction system is unavailable, where only one workstation requires filtration, or where production layout makes additional ducting impractical. The result is a compact solution combining work surface, source extraction, filtration and dust collection in one unit.
