Modular Dust Filtration for Unloading Stations
BOX is a modular bag filter developed for dust extraction at unloading stations in the agricultural industry. It efficiently captures dust generated while receiving wheat, maize and other cereals, helping maintain a cleaner and safer working environment. Several BOX modules can be combined to accommodate different unloading station dimensions and airflow requirements. A centrifugal extraction fan is mounted on top of the housing, while the filter bags are automatically cleaned using Pulse Jet technology. Combined with differential pressure control, the cleaning system provides reliable filtration, reduced compressed air consumption and low operating costs. The centrifugal fan is selected and ordered separately according to the required system capacity.
