Stationary Bag Filters – High-capacity filtration
Stationary bag filters are designed for continuous extraction from multiple machines, workstations and production areas. They provide a reliable solution for fine, fibrous and difficult dust, with modular construction, cleanable filter bags and configurations tailored to the process, dust characteristics and required airflow.
What are stationary bag filters and when should you use them?
Stationary bag filters are central filtration units designed to collect dust from one or multiple extraction points within an industrial production process. Contaminated air is drawn into the filter housing, where dust is retained on the surface of fabric filter bags. The cleaned air then leaves the filtration section, while accumulated dust is periodically removed from the bags by an automatic cleaning system. They are particularly suitable for fine, fibrous and sticky dust and can be configured with different filter materials depending on the type of contaminant being handled. PMV and PMV-T are both specifically designed for central extraction from multiple dust-generating machines or workstations.
Why choose bag filtration?
Bag filters provide a large filtration surface and are well suited to applications with continuous dust generation and significant material loads. Their modular design makes them useful in both smaller and larger installations, while application-specific filter fabrics allow the system to be adapted to different dust properties and operating conditions.
