ABOUT THE PROJECT
Challenge
Furniture production generates significant volumes of wood dust across multiple machining processes. The existing extraction system required an upgrade capable of supporting production demand while improving airflow control and filtration reliability.
Solution
Tehno Filter delivered a complete dust extraction upgrade based on 132 m² of filtration area and a 22 kW intelligent fan with PID control. The system provides an airflow capacity of 15,000 m³/h and uses self-cleaning filter bags to support consistent operation. An MVF 35 unit was also integrated for extraction at the edge-banding process.
Result
The upgraded system provides more controlled extraction across the production process, while automated fan regulation helps adapt system performance to operating requirements. Self-cleaning filtration reduces the need for manual intervention and supports reliable day-to-day operation.
