Stationary Cartridge Filters – High efficiency filtration

Stationary cartridge filters are designed for continuous extraction of fine dust, welding fumes and airborne particulate from individual machines, multiple workstations or complete production areas. Their compact cartridge design provides a large filtration surface within a relatively small footprint, while automatic cleaning supports reliable operation in demanding industrial environments.

ABOUT STATIONARY CARTRIDGE FILTERS

What are stationary cartridge filters and when should you use them?

Stationary cartridge filters use pleated filter cartridges to capture fine airborne particulate from industrial extraction systems. The pleated design provides a large filtration surface in a compact volume, making cartridge filters particularly suitable for welding fumes, cutting dust, fine process dust and other applications where high filtration capacity is required without an excessively large filter housing. Depending on the model, Tehno Filter systems can serve individual extraction arms, several production machines or entire production areas.

Why choose cartridge filtration?

Cartridge filters are especially useful for fine and relatively dry particulate. Cleanable media reduce the need for frequent cartridge replacement, while pulse-jet cleaning removes accumulated dust from the filter surface and helps maintain stable airflow during operation. For larger systems, modular filter construction makes it possible to scale the filtration surface according to the dust load and required airflow.

PRODUCT

Stationary cartridge filters in our range

Five product families cover everything from compact workstation extraction to high-capacity central systems and room-air filtration.

CENTRAL CARTRIDGE FILTER

TFK

TFK is a stationary cartridge filter developed for welding fumes and dust generated during plasma and laser cutting, as well as other dry industrial dust applications. A pre-separation chamber removes coarse particles before they reach the cartridges, while the integrated fan is positioned at the top of the unit to provide strong extraction performance in a compact configuration.
2,200–12,500 m³/h · pulse-jet cleaning · central extraction
HIGH-CAPACITY MODULAR CARTRIDGE FILTER

MFK

MFK-HD is a modular cartridge filter designed for demanding industrial processes and extraction from multiple workstations. Its large cartridge filtration area, pulse-jet cleaning system and modular construction make it suitable for medium-pressure systems and applications where filtration capacity needs to grow with production requirements.
Up to 44,500 m³/h · up to 690 m² · modular design
ROOM-AIR FILTRATION SYSTEM

MAESTRAL

Maestral is designed for welding halls and production areas where direct extraction at every source is difficult or insufficient. Contaminated room air is drawn into the top of the unit, filtered through cartridge media and returned to the workspace through side outlets. The system uses pulse-jet cartridge cleaning and can be combined with air monitoring and frequency-controlled airflow regulation.
6,500–20,000 m³/h · room-air filtration · welding applications
WORKSHOP AIR FILTRATION

Teh-Jet

Teh-Jet is designed for workshops where local extraction is not possible or where production conditions change frequently. It can supplement source extraction in areas with large workpieces, moving fume sources or widely separated working positions. Cleanable cartridges, variable-frequency airflow regulation and pulse-jet cleaning support continuous industrial use.
8,000–18,000 m³/h · flexible workshop filtration
COMPACT STATIONARY FUME FILTER

TFV

TFV is a compact stationary filter unit designed primarily for smoke and welding fume extraction. It uses a cartridge with a PTFE membrane and can support up to two extraction arms on one filter unit. The range also includes frequency-controlled airflow regulation, while optional pulse-jet cleaning is available. Tehno Filter states that TFV is manufactured according to EN ISO 15012.
1,500–3,000 m³/h · PTFE cartridge · up to 2 extraction arms

APPLICATIONS

Where stationary cartridge filters are used

Stationary cartridge filters are particularly effective in applications generating fine, dry airborne particulate and fumes.

WELDING

TFK, TFV, Maestral and Teh-Jet all cover welding-related applications, from direct source capture to entire workshop air filtration.

PLASMA & LASER CUTTING

TFK is specifically designed for smoke and particulate generated during plasma and laser cutting.

MULTIPLE WORKSTATIONS

MFK and TFK can be configured for central extraction from several dust-generating machines or workstations.

CHEMICAL & PROCESS INDUSTRIES

MFK and TFK are categorised for chemical and other process-industry applications where fine particulate must be extracted continuously.

PHARMACEUTICAL & RECYCLING

MFK is also positioned for pharmaceutical, recycling, cement and animal-feed applications.

LARGE WELDING AREAS

Maestral is intended for large and complex welding applications where extraction directly at every source is impractical.

WHY TEHNO FILTER CARTRIDGE FILTERS

Built for fine particulate and continuous operation

LARGE FILTRATION AREA

Pleated cartridge media provide significant filtration surface without requiring the same housing size as conventional bag filtration.

CLEANABLE MEDIA

Cleanable cartridges help lower operating costs and support longer service intervals.

PULSE-JET CLEANING

Automatic compressed-air cleaning removes accumulated particulate and helps maintain stable airflow during continuous operation.

APPLICATION-SPECIFIC CONFIGURATION

The range covers compact extraction-arm filters, central machine extraction and room-air filtration systems, allowing the filtration concept to be selected around the actual process.
