Product description

Reliable Discharge and System Separation

TFI transfers dust and other non adhesive materials between two separate processing systems. It is particularly suitable for discharging material from filters or cyclones into silos at atmospheric pressure. Flexible rubber blades are installed on the steel rotor and create a seal against the inner surface of the housing. At least two blades remain in contact with the housing, maintaining effective separation between the inlet and outlet during operation.

Advantages

Why TFI

Effective Airlock

Flexible rubber blades provide reliable separation between the valve inlet and outlet during material discharge.

Controlled Material Transfer

Enables consistent discharge of dust and bulk material between filters, cyclones, silos and pneumatic conveying systems.

Durable Drive Protection

The elastic rotor coupling helps reduce the possibility of mechanical damage and supports a longer operating life.

Multiple Configurations

Nine available models provide different dimensions, motor powers and capacities for a wide range of systems.
