ABOUT THE PROJECT

Challenge

Zinc metallization requires controlled extraction to manage airborne particles generated during the process. In an ATEX-classified environment, airflow performance must be carefully calculated while the system itself must meet the requirements of the hazardous area.

Solution

Tehno Filter engineered an extraction system with a capacity of 6,000 m³/h, designed around accurate airflow management and balanced extraction at the process. The system was developed for operation in an ATEX-classified zone, with emphasis on calculated performance, controlled airflow and long-term operational safety.

Result

The completed installation provides controlled extraction for the metallization process while maintaining the required airflow balance across the system. The project demonstrates how engineering precision and appropriate system design can support both process performance and safe operation in demanding industrial conditions.
